Tar oil, black
Tar oil is a classic tar color for outdoor wood. It has been used for centuries when painting patio floors, stairs, piers and boats and also works excellently for facades, garden furniture etc. Generally suitable for all wood that stands outdoors all year round and is exposed to rain and debris. Tar oil also protects iron fittings from rusting.
Description
Roslag mahogany consists of wood tar, raw linseed oil and coniferous turpentine and is used for impregnation and maintenance of wood outdoors. This tar oil contains black pigment for a black color. Can be repainted, but only with tar paint - once tar, always tar.
ATTENTION! The color may vary as the tar is a natural product that can change in colour. To get the same color, choose from the same batch. The color is affected by weather and wind, if you don't have time to finish a project in the same year, the color may vary even if you use paint from the same batch.
Consumption: 4-10 m2/litre. Painted with a brush. Also works on pressure-treated wood.
