Prices and shipping
Prices are noted in euro including 25,5% VAT, books 13,5% VAT.
The prices in our store and on the website can vary a bit.
Assortment
Our store and this webshop have partially the same inventory, however in some unfortunate cases a product could get sold in the store the same time someone has ordered it from the webshop. We are aware that it can happen but we are careful to update our webshop as soon as possible.
Payment
Choose from one of the following paying methods:
Payment in advance: After done order you get an order confirmation with the total amount you pay to our account FI46 5570 0020 0119 60 in Andelsbanken, remember to include the ordernumber and your name on the payment. The products are reserved for 5 days, if we haven't recieved your payment until then the order gets cancelled.
Klarna faktura: (Only in Finland) When you pay with Klarna faktura you purchase safely and easily. You never need to give your card information, and you always pay after you've recieved your products. Payment time is 14 days and a service charge of 3,90€ is added for every order.
Klarna konto: (Only in Finland) A payment method for you who wants to choose how much you pay every month. Klarna konto is also more than that. Besides that you always get your products home before you pay, you gather all your purchases on one account. This also applies if you've been shopping at multiple stores through Klarna konto. That means only one invoice, regardless amount of purchases. (As of now this option is only available in Finland)
Klarna bank transfer: Use your regular online banking credentials. Convenient and secure, immediate transaction confirmation.
Klarna card payment: Card payment with MasterCard or VISA.
Payment through PayPal: PayPal is one of the worlds largest systems for safe payments on the internet. With PayPal you can pay with VISA, MasterCard or American Express cards, or use a registered PayPal account. As a buyer you don't have to leave out your card number to anybody elsa than PayPal. Opening a private account on PayPal is free and it is also possible to put a payment through without getting an account. Paying with PayPal is easy, fast and you avoid unnecessary charges.
Cash: You can order your products through the webshop, choose to pick them up yourself from the store and pay in cash.
Shipping charges and delivery in Finland
We send your order through mail. Furniture is shipped with a transportation company. You can choose the following options in the checkout:
1. Mail package, pickup from your own mail 7,90-16,00€
Price varies depending on the item weight and is automatically calculated in the checkout. You recieve a notice of arrival and pick up the package from the mail.
2. Mail package, home delivery 14,50-24,50€
Price varies depending on the item weight and is automatically calculated in the checkout. You will be brought to an agreement about shipping time and you will get the package delivered to your home.
3. Letter 2,00-7,50€.
The price varies depending on the weight of the item and is automatically calculated at the checkout.
Maximum size 25 cm x 40 cm x 3 cm.
4. Home delivery 40,00-150€
Furniture and larger objects that can't be put in the cart is delivered with a transportation company, contact us through email, info@lundagard.fi to get information about shipping prices.
5. Pickup from our store
You can pick up your order from our store and pay in cash.
Shipping charge and delivery abroad
We ship your delivery through mail, Itella. When you have chosen your delivery land you can choose between the following options:
1. Parcel post, Parcel Connect, to Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal 15,00€.
The package gets picked up from the closest deliverypoint.
2. Parcel post overseas, pick up from closest mail office 22,00-100,50€.
Price varies depending on the weight of the product and is automatically calculated at checkout.
The package gets picked up at the closest mail office.
3. Letter overseas 2,00-57,50€.
Price varies depending on the weight of the product and is automatically calculated at checkout.
Maximum size 25 cm x 40 cm x 3 cm.
4. Maxiletter overseas 9,00-52,00€
Price varies depending on the weight of the product and is automatically calculated at checkout.
Length+width+thickness 90 cm at most, length 60 cm at most.
Terms of delivery
Products we have in stock are sent as soon as possible/after registered payment (keep in mind it can take some time before the payment is visible) and hopefully you get your order within a few days. Overseas you count with 3-14 days. Some products that are customized after they are ordered can have a longer waiting time but we strive to ship such orders within two weeks.
Products that aren't in stock (for example some linseed oils, fittings) are ordered from our providers about once a week.
In case your ordered items have different delivery times they get shipped in one package when all the items are in stock again. We inform you about the approximate delivery time and you have the right to cancel parts of or your whole order. Inform us in case you would like to split up your order into two deliveries, then we take double the shipping charge.
We recycle packingmaterial, contact us in case you would like the items packed in another way.
Return policy/Complaints
If you regret your purchase or have recieved a faulty or damaged item you have the right to return the unused item within 14 days for free inside Finland. Pack the item well and fill the returnform that came with your order. Use our contract number 625007 Ab Lundagård Oy when you return the package. N.B When returning from overseas the buyer pays the shipping charge.
If your package is transport damaged you file a report at the mail. We do not redeem items that are sent as cash on delivery. The return policy does not apply to furniture, doors, windows.

Your customer details are never disclosed to third party.
