Wall lining is a traditional method for creating smooth wall surfaces. It is particularly popular in heritage construction and the renovation of old houses. The wall lining is attached using natural materials, making it an excellent base for wallpapering or for use on its own.
Wallpapering Instructions
To achieve the best possible result, we have compiled detailed wallpapering instructions. Remember to check the rolls before wallpapering and use sufficient paste. Following our instructions will ensure a smooth wallpapering process.
- Cut the wallpaper from the sides.
- Apply the wallpaper with an overlap seam, with edges overlapping by 5-10 mm.
- Use cellulose paste for wallpapering.
- Allow the wallpaper to absorb the paste after application, depending on the quality and thickness of the wallpaper paper; white backing for 10 minutes, brown/grey paper for a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Wipe the wallpaper with a sponge and water after application to remove any excess paste.
- Before cutting the wallpaper, check the rolls to ensure they are flawless.
